Job Description: Embroidery Machine Operator

As an Embroidery Machine Operator at Asbri Golf, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art embroidery equipment. Your primary role will involve embroidering logos and designs onto golf accessories, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our brand standards.

This position requires attention to detail, technical proficiency with embroidery machinery, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate embroidery machines to embroider logos and designs on various golf accessories.
  • Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
  • Perform routine maintenance on embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience as an embroidery machine operator or similar role would be beneficial, but not essential, training would be supplied.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of golf or sports accessories is a plus.
