Job Overview
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Artwork & Production Assistant to join our Artwork team at Asbri Golf Ltd. The primary focus of this role is to create and manage artwork proofs for our customers, ensuring their logos are accurately represented on our products. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to deliver high-quality artwork proofs as required.
- Create detailed artwork proofs for a variety of golf products, based on customers requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers to obtain approval for artwork proofs.
- Work closely with in-house production teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless transition from approved artwork to production.
- Prepare production-ready files for various branding methods, including custom metal work, digital print, embroidery, DTF print, screen print, laser engraving, and sublimation.
- Maintain accurate records of artwork proofs and production files.
- Assist in troubleshooting any artwork-related issues that may arise during the production process.
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality artwork and production standards
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with customers.
- Proven ability to self-motivate and manage time efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Suite applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication purposes.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of print, embroidery, or other branding technologies (e.g., custom metal work, digital print, DTF print, screen print, laser engraving, sublimation).
- Experience in vectorising or redrawing logos in Adobe Illustrator.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Suite applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the branding or production industry.
Desirable skills:
- Experience with product photography to support marketing and production needs.
